Who Are We?
Jum99 is an online gaming platform founded with one clear goal — to deliver the most enjoyable, safe, and fair gaming experience to players across Malaysia. We understand that trust cannot be bought; it must be earned through consistent action and unwavering commitment.
Since launching, jum99 has grown into one of the most trusted platforms in the region. Not because we say so — but because hundreds of thousands of players keep coming back and keep entrusting their winnings to us. That's an achievement we never take lightly.
Our platform is thoughtfully built, combining cutting-edge technology with a user-friendly interface so you can focus on what matters most — enjoying the games. Whether you're a new player trying your luck or a seasoned player seeking a premium experience, jum99 has something for everyone.
The jum99 Journey from Day One to Today
Jum99 started with a small but passionate team — a group of individuals who truly loved the world of online gaming and wanted to bring something different to the Malaysian market. We didn't just want to build another platform; we wanted to build an experience that was genuinely different.
In the early stages, we spent a great deal of time understanding the needs and expectations of local players. What did they want? What left them dissatisfied with other platforms? The answers to these questions became the foundation of every decision we made in building jum99.
The result is a platform that not only offers a wide range of high-quality games, but also fast withdrawals, genuinely helpful customer support, and a playing environment protected by the latest security technology. Today, jum99 continues to grow — adding new games, introducing exciting promotions, and improving every aspect of the platform based on feedback from our loyal players.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
Malaysia is our home, and Malaysian players are the heart of this platform. That's why every aspect of jum99 — from language options to supported payment methods — is designed specifically with local players in mind. We support bank transfers to major Malaysian banks, popular e-wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and DuitNow for maximum convenience.
Our customer support team speaks Bahasa Melayu and understands the local context — which means when you reach out, you're speaking with someone who truly gets your situation. No rigid scripts, no generic answers. We listen and we help.
Beyond that, jum99 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment and fun, not stress or burden. That's why we provide a range of self-management tools to help players maintain a healthy balance in their gaming activity.
Our Mission
To provide Malaysian players with the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online gaming platform — backed by cutting-edge technology, genuine customer service, and a transparent, responsible playing environment. We always strive to exceed our players' expectations, not merely meet them.
Our Vision
To be the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysian players — recognised not only for our wide selection of high-quality games, but for our reputation as a trustworthy partner, unquestionable integrity, and a player community united by a positive spirit of play.
